The ExploreMore at Covington Latin School Program is now accepting registrations for their spring enrichment program for students in grades K-6. The ExploreMore Program offers a broad range of enrichment courses designed for bright and enthusiastic students in a learning environment where creativity and critical thinking meet – encouraging students to discover hidden talents, explore new interests outside the classroom and deepen existing ones.
From science and mathematics to the visual and performing arts, students explore an ever-changing array of topics through a hands-on, minds-on approach – in a learning atmosphere filled with like-minded and similarly engaged peers!
The small class size allows for personalized attention from our qualified instructors and increased opportunity to participate in class activities. Our instructors possess a high caliber, engaging teaching style that is reflected in the interactive nature of these courses.
Our spring session will be held Saturdays, March 11- 25th. Classes include Gross Anatomy, Minecraft, Video Game Design, Medieval Art, Speech, Space Exploration, Music Around the World, Karate, I’m an Author, and many others. The first 20 students to register will receive a free t-shirt!
Because we want to be your resource for everything regarding your gifted and talented child, ExploreMore also offers a Parent Speaker Series featuring such topics as perfectionism, what to do with your avid reader and fun study techniques. We also offer evening classes for students and adults on technology and etiquette.
Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
